The program will focus on relationships bellow:
Players and their bodies:
Enhancing fitness, strength, speed, and agility while refining body movements, running technique, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Aims to prevent injuries and ensure overall well-being.
Players and the ball:
Improving ball control skills, including receiving, passing, dribbling, and shooting. Focuses on technique and execution in various ball-related actions.
Players and their team mates:
Developing communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to enhance teamwork. Assessing understanding of teammates' actions and ability to cooperate and strategize together.
Players and the opposition:
Building awareness of the opposition's movements, positions, and tactics. Evaluating decision-making abilities to respond to the opposition's actions and adaptability to adjust playing style accordingly.
